SALARY : R163 563 consistent with annum
CENTRE : Caledon Hospital, Theewaterskloof Sub-District

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12/Senior Certificate. Experience:
Appropriate administrative experience. Competencies (information/competencies): Good
communique talents (verbal and written) in as a minimum  of the 3 professional
languages of the Western Cape. Good planning and organisational abilties, along with
office management. Ability to work independently in addition to in a group. Computer
literacy (Micro Office), typing proficiency and outstanding writing abilties. Maintain excessive
confidentiality and professionalism.

DUTIES : Provide a secretarial assist provider to the Manager inside the Medical Services.
Render administrative aid service to the Manager: Medical Services. Keep
abreast with applicable Public Service and Departmental prescripts, policies or
strategies. Organise conferences, manipulate agendas and file mins. Type
trendy correspondence and maintain a filing system. General administration duties,
typing of quarterly reports, complete monthly and quarterly records.
