Health and Value Lead with a dotted line to Established health Commercial

POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support services to the Established Health  Business Unit, specifically the Health & Value Group and commercial business across South African and Sub Sahara Africa.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing Administrative Support:

Assistance with Department of Health (DoH) pricing submissions (e.g. document collation and certification in compliance with DoH guidelines)
Management and tracking of pricing approval signoff process
Management of record keeping of all pricing documentation for audit purposes
Management of pricing communication to internal stakeholders, where required
Downloading all Database of Medicine Price Files as published
Price management at Logistic Services Provider (LSP) as well as tracking and record keeping
Administrative Support Services:

Management of correspondence
Management and co-ordination of meetings and training sessions
Placement of orders e.g. stationery, business cards, badges, etc.
Coordination of all courier requirements
Management, collation and distribution of meeting minutes
Distribution of promotional material to field force, as well as promotional material inventory tracking and communication to sales managers
Management and coordination of all travel requirements
Management of all record keeping and filing requirements
Financial Support Services:

Expense claim (GCE) management and expense tracking
Coordination with Finance on expense submission and payment tracking
Management and tracking of purchase orders and payments (Ariba)
Assistance with preparation for divisional auditing
HR Support Services:

Providing assistance to teams on operational HR needs (e.g. eTags, Amex requests, Petrol cards, emergencies, etc.)
Management and updating of organograms, colleague contact details, and relevant distribution lists
Corporate Policy Compliance Support:

Assistance with My Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures (MAPP) processes, training, queries and submissions
Management of MAPP reconciliation for auditing processes
Assistance with the process of promotional material sign-off

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A matric with a secretarial diploma is required as minimum qualifications in this position.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
